Maria Valenzuela - General Manager: Promoted to General Manager in May 2006, from Office Manager. Prior to being promoted to Office Manager, Maria was ranked as the company's best Team Leader. Maria is also the company's Map Wizard teacher. She has worked for Denver Concierge since June 2000. Maria manages day to day operations including most matters relating to personnel, scheduling, keys, and purchasing. Angela Danessi - Director, Client Relations: During the past 10 years, Angela has held management positions in both Human Resources and Operations within the service and hospitality industries. She has worked both here and abroad, including assignments in Europe. Angela has attended and earned degrees at the American College in Paris, and the University of Lille et Paris in London. Angela manages all customer related issues and is fluent in four languages. Blanca Garcia - Office Manager: Blanca was promoted from Team Leader in January, 2007. She started with the company in 2001 and was promoted to Team Leader in only six months, one of the fastest promotions in company history. She has been one of our top Team Leaders for some time and consistently received outstanding client feedback. She assists in general office matters including scheduling and dispatch. Blanca is dedicated to continuous improvement and outstanding client relations. Yesica Moreno — Manager, Quality and Training: Yesica started with Denver Concierge in 2002 as a Cleaning Associate and was rapidly promoted to Team Leader. Her exceptional quality and attention to detail make her extremely qualified to lead our quality efforts. In this role, she is responsible for the in-field evaluations of all of our cleaning associates and the ongoing training required. Yesica took a brief sabbatical from Denver Concierge, returning to us in May of 2008. Since she took over in this role, our quality ratings have improved significantly and client issues are down as well. She is fluent in both Spanish and English. |
